Amelia Bay extracts leaf tea and whole bean coffee exclusively for the food and beverage industry. A number of proprietary extraction processes are used to separate the extract into individual compounds and essences.  This provides the platform to manufacture liquid extracts to exacting specifications for each customer.

Raw Material Extraction

    • Leaf Tea or Coffee Beans are brewed in a continuous process
    • Flavor and Aroma are separated from the extract
    • Solids are refined and water is removed using several methods of concentration

Refined tea solids, flavor and aroma components are further enhanced with special attention given to each component to maintain the original integrity. When the appropriate specifications are reached, each component is re-blended into a highly concentrated tea or coffee extract. At this point, other flavors and acids can be added to produce even more enhanced flavor options.
