Solids are refined and water is removed using several methods of concentration
Refined solids, flavor and aroma components are further enhanced with special attention given to each component to maintain original integrity. When the appropriate specifications are reached, each component is re-blended into a highly concentrated tea or coffee extract. At this point, other flavors, acids & functional ingredients can be added to produce even more enhanced options.
