Amelia Bay is a supplier of custom ingredients and compounds found in tea and coffee botanicals.   Long-term contracts are maintained with many tea plantations in Indonesia, Argentina, Ceylon, China and Japan.  Specialty tea leaf is sourced from small plantations and the extracts are used to enhance the taste and complexity of our tea extracts.

Amelia Bay is USDA Organic Certified and we support Fair Trade teas and coffee exporters.

Antioxidants
Amelia Bay's Rooibos, Yerba Mate and tea extracts have substantial antioxidant capacity and the Polyphenol levels can be adjusted to meet each customers specifications during the extraction process.  Organic Polyphenols are available for all of Amelia Bay's tea extracts and our liquid, Refined Tea Solids.
