Sweetener Options

Part of the custom formulation process includes choosing a sweetener option for your beverage if applicable. While sugar, agave nectar, HFCS, and many other sweeteners are added at the time of production, Amelia Bay will design your product and balance it with these sweeteners in mind. If zero or low calorie products are the goal, Amelia Bay can help you to understand the different non-nutritive options available and add these directly to your extract to ensure the authenticity of your ingredients and give you greater control over the production process. Non-nutritive sweetener options include Stevia, Splenda, generic sucralose, and many others.
